Ok this is not a complaint, but a call out for an answer.

Ok Iv never since iv started playing this game won when I've been attacked, no matter if i have the best i can have or buy. and it has to be well over 100 times.
Compare this to I attack 50 or so times a day to get my demi points, i'll win about 80%, so it would seem to me that I should be able to at least have won ONE time on defence, from the random chance of numbers.

So I can give u an example how is someone rated at a Knight and have 12 army beat me when Im a High Commander with 501, u may say duel, but they cant have advanced their attack level, and weapons at Knight lv, to be higher then my defence lv and weapons, when iv been at it longer. Can they?

I read the forums to learn best as I can and have given a good bit of focus to being up on weapons,units,majic, attack/defence lv and generals, so im missing something.

He could well have won if he duelled you. The battle rank doesn't necessarily mean you're stronger. In my opinion (though some disagree) it just means you've had more time to battle than they had.
If their attack and defense are also higher than your average, maybe they've completed more quests to level 4 than you and got skill points from that. Maybe they've jsut played for longer and taken a lot more days to level to your level, while getting a demi blessing daily... all sorts of possibilities.

Ok I can accept that answer to the duel, it's possible, but to not have won at all yet. is still got me stumped

When players attack, most of them choose their battle intelligently. They pick the level, rank, and army size of their target to give them the most advantage. Thus, the defender is picked by the attacker because they look like they have a disadvantage. Unless the attacker is either very brave and/or very stupid, or unless the defender has unusual stats, most attackers should win over most defenders.

Also, right now, people who aren't very good at battling are probably fighting dragons instead of attacking others. After all, for 5 stamina, battle might earn up to $500K, if you're lucky, but for many people, dragons will reliably earn $600K or $1.2M. Furthermore, other than the few items that cost a ton of money, battling just doesn't give people the same level of rewards that dragons pay.

The defenders in the battle list includes all the people who stopped battling and stuffed all their skill points into stamina to take down dragons. The set of attackers probably don't include these specialized dragonslayers.

So, yes, I think it's perfectly normal and reasonable that you will win most of the battles you choose and lose all of the ones that are forced upon you.

Yes, they can. They probably spent just as much time as you did on the game, but they were probably slaying dragons instead of battling. If you're seeing each other on the Battle list, then they are within 10 levels of you, or you're both level 80+. As such, they could easily have just as much money, equipment, levels, and attack and defense as you, even if they're a Knight and you're a High Commander. They just didn't torment as many people as you did when leveling up.

You both have strong ATT, but weak DEF. Or at the least, you both have ATT ratings that are slightly better than the others DEF.
