- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ‘sock puppet’ accounts – multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator’s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

Well, the positives are that the new Award Tracker is a hit. Also, the drops seem to be acceptable, at least to me, so far.

So, any real complaints out there or are we mostly satisfied with this event?

They also fixed some of the wording in the text. They made it clear that we need to "attack" the monster for a chance at spins, not "kill". They could still use a native English speaker to improve the text, however: "Lots of general upgrade materials incoming!", "to get a chance to free spin", and "when once" are just weird. "Get a free spin every 23 hours" still didn't get fixed, but did anybody have a suggestion on how to word that clearly and concisely? Consistency also helps: the spin area calls it "Luck Value", while "How to Play" calls it "lucky value". It should be "Luck Value" throughout, not "lucky value". "Each spin can increase your lucky value" should be "Each spin increases you lucky value." The dash before Wraith King is weird; the appositive phrase should be set off by commas (or parenthesis).

any real complaints out there or are we mostly satisfied with this event?
The Award Tracker and minor text improvement doesn't change all of the underlying problems we had with the event the first time. The spin animation is still there. The free spin button and FP button are still the same button. I think the event is causing even more blue swirls this time than last time. It's still just bribing people with free stuff and asking people to spend FPs without putting new content into the game. In fact, in terms of new game content, this event has gone downhill even more than the last Treasure Island: we didn't even get a new general this time. Free stuff is only useful if the rest of the game is fun to play. It still shows that Gaea is good at writing content that makes money, not writing content that is interesting to play. I mean, yes, I'm impressed that their free spin countdown timer (which could use a label, by the way, like "Next free spin:") actually works. I left the Treasure Island page up while I slept, and many hours later, when I left the page and came back, the timer was still accurate. A timer written by Phoenix Age would've been hours off by the time I woke back up. Still, it's money-milking content, not game play. I'm glad they're trying to fix the problems we had with the event before, and yes, I'm very happy about the spin record, but it's still the same basic event with all the same basic philosophical problems. With Campaign, they at least gave us Phantoms to play with. In Meteorite and Treasure Island, we didn't get any new game play whatsoever. Giving out yet more copies of old stuff isn't new game play, and while some people might be happy about getting more old stuff for free, it's still not why I liked playing Castle Age.

This reminds me of "CATS: You have no chance to survive make your time." lol
Shaw landed a CRITICAL HIT on Cronus, The World Hydra hitting them for an UNGODLY amount of Damage[329,413,590]!
Shaw is conquering the world of Castle Age and has levelled Brakus to 80!

The seach feature is about all you've got. A particular problem, however, is that many truths are censored from the forum.

Tony's monstrosity is easy to get information on. It was clearly a horrible general. He cheated in the contest but was still allowed to ruin everyone else's chance at something fun.

Aki's fake death becoming a general left many people salty, but it was actually a cool attempt by the devs... ironically Tony whipped up the dead in order to rally votes for his illegitimate entry.

Alper was a truly remarkable case, because he actually was a huge cheater, but he got away with it for so long with a great cover. He was a true asset to the game though.

Drop rate is poor again, I won't waste any pots on it now.
Why not just set a constant drop rate in whole event? At least everyone can get the expected value.

Why don't they just change the name?

Then we won't be able to 2* it I guess?
Actually I think a general named after one of the bigger shams in the game is a good reminder not to take make-believe characters so seriously , dude certainly played his followers just like his flute

The idea would be to change the name for all copies.. So you'd be able to promote him just as well. It would be the same general.

I wouldn't mind it as a resolution but I doubt it will be done.

This is slightly off topic. Not too much.
Can you please tell us how much time do we have for collecting loot from a monster? (except Conquest - that I know how it works)
Game says I had to wait 89 hours to start a new Astaroth after it died yesterday - so, 96 hours, 4 days to collect/re-summon. But are all monsters 96 hours or are there any at 72 hours or less?
Thank you in advance. This event always turns into a monster extravaganza, and this time I've reached something like 50 monsters in the list waiting to be collected. To maximize the FP earnings, since we have daily limit, I can't collect all of them today.

Even the magical world of Valeria has proverbs. Here's a saying:
                          5 billion damage a day
                          Keeps the bad luck away.

A much more positive experience than last time, less buggy, seemingly higher drop rate and lady luck similes on my spins, hmmm, if this keeps up I might even buy a few spins.

Tried looking for info in wiki but couldn't find.

I'm quite certain 96 hours is safe for all monsters that have 168h timer. Which means all class and stance monsters and some of the earlier ones too.
I was thinking older monsters had 48 and 72 hour cooldowns but wasn't really sure which ones went which way. So tested by summoning and killing Ancient Red Dragon: 72 hours until able to summon in mpool 2 again, meaning 72 hours to collect. Pre-Skaar bosses might be 48 hours to collect.

Even after all these years, you're still the first person to apply, test, and to respond.
