Didnt have any time for this / had forgotten it so I guess that since I have time, I can update it
There's often been report of people failing at exactly the threshold number, it might be double clicking and succeeding first then failing the second time because the game will make you fail if you double click, even if you passed. Might be that it's actually 1 point above the logical round number threshold. Who knows, so to be sure that you do not waste your feat, make sure you have one extra point when i wrote (to be safe) next to a number. Doesnt cost much to get that extra point and it might save you a failure.
Disclaimer : Health and army could be wrong, some of them are approximations and educated guesses since there's either a too huge gap in numbers (army) or not enough info (health). So refer to the spreadsheet and decide if you want to try.
Also I should have sticked with my original post when I wrote it because I was right from the start, it was hard stats based, not ratio based... ratio would take too long to code lol
