Rule 3: Respect the forum purpose and structure
- Make your posts in the appropriate forum.

- Do not post private communication between customer support, members, moderators, or administrators on these forums, or anywhere else. (This include support ticket responses)

- Do not post Facebook information about other forum users.
- Do not post any private information about other users.
- Do not post in-game information in an attempt to have other players attack your target. Be careful to not cross the line into bullying.

Rule 7: Do not spam
- Do not post repeatedly about the same topic.
- Do not spam users on the forums or through private messages.
- Do not start a thread without actual purpose.
- Do not start a thread about a news story or article unless you make it clear what the story is about, and offer your own opinion to start a discussion.

Rule 8: Respect your account
- Do not share your account information with other individuals. You will be held responsible for any rules violations that occur under your account.
- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ‘sock puppet’ accounts – multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.
- Do not impersonate moderators. Do not claim to speak for the moderators.

Rule 10: Respect the decisions of the moderators
- The moderation teams reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban users judged to be acting against the spirit of the rules, even if the user is following the letter of the rules.
- Do not argue with moderators about moderator decisions. You can disagree with a moderator’s opinions, just like any other poster, but when they post moderator actions in red text, it is considered final.
- Moderators have no access to your game account. If you have an issue you must contact customer service.

Generally, BE NICE. There is nothing wrong with being nice to each other.

    Thats "inefficient".

Im happy to be a month behind everyone else.. as the net gain still points my way. But 3 months +? Or 6 months plus?

    Thats too much...
    *LOL*
    okay okay.... I get it
going up to 200 maybe even 300 wouldn't kill you
I've got 1000 energy... that's just fine if you're a monsterhunter and want to level up fast... but when trying to turn that mosterslaying build into a PvP hybrid it's just a pain in the ass..
Yesterday I used my calculater and came up with this..:
I'll get a BSI of 5.0 (if no new lands are released) at level 2300 *ROFLMAO*

    • Why would you need a BSI of 5 though? Are the folks really that hardcore in the 1000+ levels as far as ATK/DEF is concerned?

I have come to admire you PvP'ers
I really respect how you can reach so far up someone's ass and pull the tongue out of the behind *LOL*

Honestly... I don't know how strong people are in lvl 1000+
I know a lot of them can beat me though.. I can't reach up that far.
500 levels are still 2500 skill points.. and it seems to me that since there's a cap on refilling stamina at 1000 peeps are adding to att/def instead..

We probably know or know of the same people. But overall, is it necessary? My BSI is what it is because of the circle I run in. But unless you guys attack me, I don't see many outside with 3k combined let alone 5k+. I just read 3 PMs the past week from 3 individuals about how proud they are to finally win a duel against little me. The lowest level of the 3 is 943, and I'm not any of you guys who would just toss me aside.

            • Pooh .. I don't think you'll see any level 1000+ with a BSI of 5.0 in your battle feed...
Unless in a PvPvM battle or something like that .. they would not go attack you for no good reason and they would probably already be high kings too

That's probably true, with the exception of some chaining me in War. But I've no qualms about it, I am in the gauntlet, so fair game. I guess we all just like to win vs most people

you know.. I don't ever use the battle page anymore.. all I ever get is lvl 300+ and it's not much of a challenge to me to attack a lvl 350 Duke or something..
I know where to find the worthy lvl 300+ opponents and it is NOT on my battle page
I don't do wars anymore by the way.. I just can't figure out how that council crap works.
I have lost to people way below me in level and my council seemed stronger than theirs.. still I lost.. so I checked them out in duels and invasions.. and won.
So I just don't get how war strength is calculated

Pesty, there is a spreadsheet on the site that will tell you exactly which general to place where (as well as yourself). I did what Ahmed said and only lost a total of 36 times in Arena 2.

If I had known you didnt know, would have helped a long time ago.. ask and you shall receive

                        • sorry too bring this thread back to the original topic but what do you guys and gals think of chaining someone with Corvy (or Aurora) up outside of the guild battle to decrease the opponents bonus? the guild we faced tonight did it, which i thought was damn smart though it did piss off a number of people. personally, hitting outside the guild battles doesn't bother me but i do respect our guild's policy of not doing so. for better or worse, the policy has successfully helped us avoid hurt feelings, nasty emails, and the possibility of nasty chaining wars (like the one i almost got us into before the guild master implemented the rule). please excuse me if this was mentioned earlier in the thread, i admitedly did not take the time to sort through all 26 pages).
                          cheers

Im sure she doesn't like you. Im also moderately certain she doesn't like me much either...

But the "hasty words" ... are those of a fighter.

She cant beat you... she cant beat me... but she will try and try again for the "Trophy Victory".

If nothing else.. I respect that aspect.

Whether she likes either of you or not I wouldn't know, but agreed 100% on what Luxor says here. She is a fighter, through and through. She has my full respect and always will...

On the energy debate though, I've been considering it as Lux has.. I still only have 160, and as I move (slowly) through the quest realms, it's taking longer and longer. Of course, I can equip Hyacinth on level up, which takes me up to nearly 400, but I can only do that once.

It seems they are introducing lands faster than me completing them. What do you guys think is an appropriate energy number? 300?

                            • My own view of such tactics as the OP mentions is quite straight forward. And it applies to Arena battle equally as with GW's. If your security and confidence in your own ability is so low that you must 'Scout Them Out' and take a 'Test Poke' before facing them in Arena or GW's, then your safest course of action would be to pretend you were offline at the time and just leave them alone entirely. At my vast level of 257, I have no issues at all with taking a shot at a level 500. It's only 1 token after all. And more often then not I'll win any way. Certainly I find those that I cannot beat. But it only takes 1 token to find out, and I do collect at least a few activity points for the doing.

To the OP, I would say Go For It with your plans for retribution. But I would advise not attacking below your battle Tier meaning if you are level 300 or above (and I consider it likely lol), you would be wise to not attack those below level 300. It's just not good form.

Luxor....I can now get a few wins on you as well. You still whoop me overall though.

Jon and I haven't mingled much lately. I'm staying away from his keep til the tourney. I suspect he will have the advantage over me.

As far as I'm concerned though, if I can stay near you guys in the PvP race then I know I'm doing pretty damn good.
Dean, along with Lux, you were one of the guys I was always gunning to beat one day, from the moment I knew of legends and all the pvp stuff. Our builds are close in the extreme, and the tourney will come down to a couple of random bounces I'm sure.

If I go out at your expense it'll be an honour - No tears will be shed from me.

(I will however, have to chain you again afterwards in annoyance)
