- Do not create new accounts or use other tricks to avoid suspensions or bans.
- Do not create ‘sock puppet’ accounts – multiple accounts created just so that you can agree with yourself and make it seem like your ideas have more support than they do.
- Never include your e-mail address or any other personal information in posts.

Rule 9: Respect the Moderators
- Do not post using the color red. This color is reserved for moderators.

  • What happens if everyone leaves the guild?

    Hi,
    I have a few questions:
What happens when everyone leaves the guild? Does it get deleted from the system (game) automatically or does is still exist? If so, can it be searched and joined again?

So weird, I was a guild master, we left our guild and joined other guild. Maybe I made someone officer, but I really don't remember, it was years ago. Is there any possibility to find my old, own created guild?

Guild Master can leave, BUT to do it the guild master must appoint someone else guild master. If the Guild Master is the only member, they are locked in and can not leave.

Understood. Is there any way to find that guild by it's name? Probably we left someone there and I made him/her guild master, but I don't remember his name.

I'm not sure but maybe Retribution (Eagles) could help you if you give him the name of the guild.

Not true, I have been the last to leave 2 other guilds, as guild master. You can be the last one out the door and leave no one in it.

Apologies for the bum steer. OK, so the guild master can leave if they are the only member in the guild. Never had a chance to test that loophole. It will not let you leave if there are other members.

Then I have no idea what the system does to the guild, if all the members leave. I didn't think it was possible.

There was a time that I would have asked zserg to check his book of ancient game knowledge, but I think the book went missing. /joke

With all the activity around here since the devs decided to help the forums, an answer will no doubt be coming soon.

Perhaps even a dev or game rep will jump in with the answer. /s

I used to bookmark the guild link in my web browser since I had the same problem. It was really hard to locate a guild that you had left.

The only other easy way I knew of was checking the link of someone still in the old guild.

A long long long time ago, I would post FB links at the beginning of a battle. I wonder if they are still on facebook. It might be possible to get the guild id *the guild number" out of one of those 10 year old posts. I don't even know if those posts are still available. It has been a long time and I don't really use FB anymore.

But, If you did use FB, you might want to see if you can find any links in your history.

With that, I am tapped out. That was my last idea.

There must be some vestige of the empty guild. I have a memory of trying to start a fresh guild using the name of an abandoned one, and got a message that the name was in use.

Regardless, even if it was open for public self-joining, guilds with less than five members never show up on the list, so it would be invisible.

The only way to know if you could keep a hidden empty guild is to make new one, open it to the public, bookmark it, abandon it, and try to rejoin from the link. If I was to bet, I'd bet that an empty guild with no master gets locked, even if you have the link.

I think you could join an empty open guild, but it'd be useless since you wouldn't be made master or even officer. That's how I remember it going when I tested it, but it was a long time ago, so there's a fair chance I'm misremembering

Speaking from a fairly recent experience: yes, you can be the last one out of a guild and leave it empty.

If it was set to Open Recruitment, then you can re-enter, but like zserg said it'll be useless because it'll be officer-less and GM-less. If it was set to Closed Recruitment, then it's closed for good.

I left my little mini guild empty with Closed Recruitment and tried to re-enter at a later date, but no dice. Contacted support and after quite a bit of back and forth they said that there was nothing they can do about it. Was bummed because I'd spent quite a bit of resources upgrading 100v towers, and performing guild achievements to raise the guild level to a meager L8.

Apparently all empty guilds eventually get marked for deletion.

I then thought I'd try to find an empty open L24 guild to take over. Found one, but that's when I realized that there would be no way to become an officer/GM so I couldn't do any in the guild - set battle times, arrange battle alignments, explore LoM lands, etc.
