Is it possible for level 680 to have "maw of the void", "elendal crushers", "flamebound destroyer"? Is it even possible? I just encountered such player in 10vs10.

No, they weren't even playing battle. They had 0 battle points.

Odin could be found in the limited-time Nightmare Chest available at any level so that's probably just it in that case.

It is perfectly possible, not common I know, but it basically depends on your guild, not on your level.

Availability of monsters depends on your guild, but you still need to do enough damage, which means you have enough stamina and attack. So many kills would bring loads of XP, which in turn bring level ups. So no, it doesn't depend basically on your guild and no, it is not perfectly possible. It is highly, highly unlikely.

Not possible. The amount of ourobouros needed would have easily put it at a higher level than 680, plus they would need astoroth blade, helm of dragon God as well, so mathematically impossible.

Yeah, I agree with Barathor and barrie. I don't think it's possible. Indeed, Astaroth blade itself needs a lot work. Just imagine, to create Astaroth Blade, you need to have 2 cronus blades and elite items from conquest and hunter points, which also needs a lot work for 680 level, but let's assume, you're super passionate player and you managed to have those two items, to create 1 cronus blade you need 3 hydra blade and 1 hydra amulet and to create 1 hydra blade you need to have 5 each epic items from Cronus Blade and 10 of each 2 legendary items. Cronus Astaroth needs 103M damage itself to get 3 epics and 1 legendary item. And now imagine not only achieve to get not only Astaroth blade, but "Maw of the void", which needs 1 astaroth blade, helm of the dragon god which is also as hard to get as astaroth blade and on the top of that you need to have 2 envemonated glave, which need 3 fang glaves & 1 elendal stompers & to create 1 fang glave you need 5 each epic items from snake, and 8 each different legendary items (totally 3). And do not forget how hard is it to deal 227M damage to the snake, especially if you're lower than 680 level and do not forget that he also had Elandal Crushers that also need a lot work itself to get. So, basically, he needed to do tremendous damage in those monsters and even if let's assume he was spending a lot of money on refills, as Barathor said, he should have more level than just 680, because he would be leveling up much often.

So, explain me, how this is "perfectly possible"?

Not possible. You'd gain too much exp getting all the other required equipment and drops to be that low of a level.

Fang Trident is a legendary drop so 228 mil dmg is a safe number.

You must be in a guild that is lvl 13 or higher; your guild cleared a hard explorer and 24 hours later, an Ouroboros might appear.

I don't see how it could be anything but an insider. Even if the sole purpose in creating the account was to focus on those few items, the player can't delay the levelling up that the XP would bring. The only way I can delay levelling is to only do things that reward no XP, like daily collection.

I suppose it's possible if someone did nothing but collect daily for 9 or 10 years, and then set off on this mission for these specific items.
