    Dungeon Health = 2500 + (All stats)*0.4

Bonus stats can come from anything AFAIK (General boosts, IA, Runes except Health Rune, Chaos Gem boosts, Furnace?).

    Level doesn't play a role.
Damage Rune doesn't play a role.
General Alliance and Equipment stats don't play a role.

Let me know if this works out for you 😉

    Side note:
I'm pretty sure for the first run of the event the formula was 2000 + (All stats)*0.4
    So 500 less Health.
I don't know whether the devs changed the formula shortly after the start of the event, or whether it was intended to give you a bit less Health on your first run (maybe to entice players to keep playing after the first run?).
    doesnt work for me

Make sure to check right after you entered your Dungeon run.

Since you Health is fixed once you've entered the Dungeon and until your next run, if any of your stats have changed since then (because you allocated SPs, leveled up Runes, Furnace, improved IA, leveled up stats boosting generals, etc.) it's not going to work (although it should still be relatively close if you haven't leveled up 50 times in a day).

The formula works exactly for me, there's not even 1 HP off.

More or less. There is a difference in 60 points (9.3xx by formula vs 9.2xx real), but it is a marginal amount.

The weird, really weird thing is that I was ranked 2800 (+-) with my 4-10 record and now I am 2200 (+-) while going 4-5 and almost dead. So maybe rankings are not being calculated as we expected. I hope final rankings match in-game explanation.

It is weird indeed. My ranking seems to act normally while I'm on my 2nd run.

Lost Dungeon Rewards - Google Form
This one is to determine all the items you can get as rewards for defeating boss monsters (on substages 10), and whether higher stage bosses give better rewards.

            (4)
Lost Dungeon Monsters Stats - Google Form
This one is to determine how much Health each monster has, and whether it simply depends on the stage you're on or also on the monster you get.
You'll have to use the "Inspect element" method to fill this form.

            Answers (spreadsheet):
Lost Dungeon Monsters Stats - Castle Age (answers)

Update about those spreadsheet and the data collected:

            (1) is completely outdated since all stats are taken into account, including all bonus stats (and the spreadsheet doesn't reflect that).
However I've found out how the Dungeon Health formula is calculated so it's only needed to find out how the Base Damage is calculated now.
For this purpose maybe I'll update the Google Form or simply make another one later if I have time.

In the meantime, there's no use filling this Google Form.

            (2) All Powers and their values have been found quite quickly.
What's remaining to determine is what rarity of Powers can be found at which stages.
Up until Stage 4-10 I've only seen green and blue Powers after defeating common Monsters. And 3 purple Powers every time after defeating a Boss.
Purple and gold Powers start dropping even for common monsters at some point and it would be interesting to determine when. If you have data which can help to find this out you can still fill this Google Form!

            (3) We have very little data on the Rewards dropping after defeating Boss Monsters.

Please fill this form every time you defeat a Boss!

            (4) All data regarding Monsters' Health and damage has been found. It turns out the Monsters' Health is shown in iOS, so that helped verifying the data I had collected by hitting monsters... (translation: I busted my ass for nothing 😅)

No need to fill this form anymore!

I'll put up a nice spreadsheet with all the data I have when I have time, in addition to editing the wiki. But that will have to wait 😁

              Summary:

The most important form to fill now is this one:

              (3)
Lost Dungeon Rewards - Google Form
This one is to determine all the items you can get as rewards for defeating boss monsters (on substages 10), and whether higher stage bosses give better rewards.

              Answers (spreadsheet):
Lost Dungeon Rewards - Castle Age (answers)

You can also fill this one when you get gold (legendary) Powers at any time or purple (epic) Powers after defeating common monsters:

              (2)
Lost Dungeon Skills/Powers - Google Form
This one is to find out all the existing Skills you can get in the Dungeon (and whether you get better Skills the more you climb stages).

game is a pain for those with high stamina while those who capped stamina at 2k and infinite energy, they have higher health, please correct me if i am wrong.
regardless of our skill we will at most gain +- 1-10 stages depending on our luck with those runes (whether we get purple or orange)

Yeah high stamina builds are at a disadvantage. If I had only 1000 stam instead of 3500 I'd have 1000 extra Dungeon Health (if I had put the SPs elsewhere).

Also high BSI builds can have a huge advantage over LSI builds because they can get very significant atk/def boosts from Chaos Gems.

Ofc on the other hand high LSI builds can level up faster and/or by spending less and can get +5 SPs per level more easily, kill more monsters and get more IA more easily, etc.

But overall I'd say this event definitely favors BSI builds.

I'm sure there are some level 4000 BSI accounts who probably have more Dungeon Health than a level 7000 or 8000 LSI account would have.

Oberon is great, Time Keeper is nice as well since it gives Health+Def.
Which other generals may be better?
Is Oberon great? His bonus only applies to warriors. Does his bonus show up in your keep? If not, then it shouldn't apply in the Lost Dungeon? Likewise, Celeste and Keira's bonuses vs PvP would not be good. With the Time Keeper adding to defense and health, generals that also add to those stats will have less value in an alliance.

General's I've advised my guildmates to use are The Time Keeper, +attack/defense per health (Corvi, Aurora, etc), Azeron, (Neo) Alystra, Hyacinth (but not Solera). Some others, may help: Serylius, Godric, and others that add to energy, stam and attack. You could even change the alliance to Godric, The Time Keeper, and Ophelia last, to get Ophelia's bonus to attack and lose the defense penalty.

With every 10 points adding 4 health, this can become an exercise in micromanagement, if you don't have generals with significant stat bonuses.

The alchemy items from the Demonic Chimera should be a boon.

Oberon's bonus does show up in your Keep and does work in the Lost Dungeon. You have to be a Warrior when starting a new Dungeon run though. When not a Warrior Oberon's bonus doesn't work.
Also his ability doesn't interfere with TTK's ability as they're different (even though they both give +hp).

Hyacinth can indeed be really great for players with high Stamina. Sadly I don't have her
And yes Corvintheus, Aurelius, Aurora and Jahanna can also provide a very big boost if you have a lot of Health.

Players with Layla may also get more significant bonuses.

Personally I'm using Oberon-TTK-Neo Alystra because I don't have Hyacinth or Layla (and I have low Health so Corv etc. wouldn't even be useful).

The items descriptions in game are wrong. They're just repeating the items' stats, those items don't provide extra player atk/def.
