Default Monster damage reset? (Please respond within 24 hours)

So I was fighting Lotus Ravenmoore and I had done about 1 million damage to her with the help of 30 favor points (I have 205 stamina, and I leveled up a couple of times). When I left to go to the bathroom, and then came back, my damage had been reset down to 144k damage.

In the chat log, she had said two things during my attack upon her:

Lotus Ravenmoore says:
"Valient effort, Zeriken."

and

Lotus Ravenmoore says:
"I do have a weakness, Zeriken, my speed is unmatched, you must think of something else."

^- did that just nullify the damage I had just done? I mean, are you saying that I had just lost 5 dollars to an unspoken game mechanic? If Lotus Ravenmoore gets attacked too often, does your damage reset like that?

Just wondering, what happened?

Default Lost damage done to dragon

I just lost the record of a bunch of damage that I did to a dragon. I had done 50,000+ damage, and then when I went and attacked again later, it was as if I had just started the fight, and my total damage went back to zero. You can still see my earlier attacks in the fight log, but none of that damage is accounted under damage leaders. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do about it?

Default Lost Damage as well

I just burned through 160 stamina did over 100k in damage to my frost dragon and when I jumped on 5 minutes ago, all of my damage had been reset.
I'm hoping that they can fix the glitch, as I just recently went up a level and won't have a refresh for a while.
