I see spys sniffing around my Keep. Is this a random event or can I send out my own sneeks?

Unless there is some new game feature I am unaware of what you see is other people looking at your keep. They will get the same notification everytime you go look at their keep as well. So yes, you may go spy away without limitation without having any special units although I do suggest using the Firefox chariot as it is stealthier and doesn't run off the trail so much crashing and all that.

If you are quick enough, use the "undo" feature on the little notification, which pops up when you go on a spy mission (bottom right, FB notifications),

I believe (although I'm not 100% sure) the intended target will none the wiser if not online.

It's a lot easier just to go to application options and disallow notifications from castle age. This will prevent you from sending or receiving 'spy' notifications.

I'm not sure if the spy notifications have the undo feature. As I have looked before to do just that and didn't see it. Could be different notification types or something?

It's on the bottom of the FB page ("Notification", the popup does not happen all the time) -

"Martin sent a spy to scout your keep! Scout your rival in Castle Age!"

This is what you see if someone looks at your keep.

seriously, i think that undo button is useless
it doesn't work at all, people still get notified no matter how quick you click

I don't like the spy thing. If someone assists me with my hydra who isn't in my army I'll go to their page to get to the FB page to send a friend invite.

Right, and everytime I do that, I wonder if they're going to see me spying and attack me before they see my friend request.
