As I understand it, it's 1-30 for the Emerald, 30 - 60 for the Frost (blue), 60 -90 for the Gold, and 90 + for the Ancient Red.

P.S. - What this means is that, for example, when a player reaches level 30, that player will be able to summon the Frost Dragon, but will no longer be able to summon the Emerald Dragon.

You can only summon the Ancient Red Dragon now.

I've seen different levels for the dragon summoning like emerald up to level 27.
But I think there might be a variant to off set by a few levels on the dragons
as the hardcore levels i see are sometimes not supported by the levels of the
people who have summoned a dragon I have had the pleasure of slaying.

No, I've just make new profile to play only level26 I got blue one already.
first time I had summon green one. I don't remember which level.

See, most people say cut off 27 for emerald so I say there is a variant.
