Another "Where do i stand?" Thread

Hi guys, i'm a newbie at the game and just started like 4 days ago and am still pretty lost. Can you guys let me know how i am doing so far and if everything is all okay and if i need to change anything.

So i have 2 questions that i need help with.

1) Am i leveling up too quickly? I am thinking if i should just chill a lil and instead wait to build a sky sanctuary or something first before proceeding to level up more. I am worried that i might be too poor to compete with the higher level players. But then my Skaar Deathrune seems to be pawning everyone in it's path.

2) Is it wise if i just keep on adding my attack stats? i am a damage freak. Is that healthy?

first of all, lemme give my guess. u'r a rich guy who spends money on buying favor point to buy generals and opening the chests.. lol

Based on my exp,, it doesn't matter actually to level up quickly. Ppl hv their own method, so... I'll try to give you the facts first.

First of all, at lv 80, u'll enter the so called 'gauntlet', where u might could find ppl w/ 100 lv above u , and he/she might found you. There's no lv limit such as 100 lv I mentioned actually. It's just an example. To put it simply, 'gauntlet' is a 'wild arena' or something like that.

So,, many ppl would constantly stop or slowly leveling before 80, the goal is simple. Reach a min of 50mil or maybe 100mil income/hour so that they could stock on units and items.

And then, in case u haven't realized, there's a feature called 'hiding'. To put it simply, if u hv lower than 10 health n then u log out of CA, u won't be able to get attacked by other player until u log in.

U might hv found out, there are a lot ppl in this forum whining bout 'being chained but couldn't retaliate coz it says "ur opponent is dead or too weak" '
That means, the attacker went hiding after he/she chained the complainer

Well.. depends. atk stat do more dmg to monsters (if u'r a monster slayer) n increase the chance of winning battles w/ other players. However, I found out that it's suggested that u also add ur def, to prevent 'being chained' or something like that...

Thank you so much Ruf, very very useful to me, answered all my questions. LOL i got my favor points from the surveys There are a lot of it from where i am based but i did bite the bullet and bought $10 worth of points.

So i guess "hiding" is something that is completely fine but just frowned upon. Some guy chained me just then and i couldn't get him back, pretty annoying. LOL hmm i guess then i will take my time in leveling up, i don't have a large army too (35 so far). I guess i am a monster slayer, i just love hitting the hydras. Will pile on the attacks and some defense.

Pretty normal looking, I'd say.

I think one thing you'll find is that if you just take a week or two to really concentrate on building land and collecting income, it grows faster than you'd think. I'm up to 5,000,000 an hour from like 100,000k a week or so ago.

IMO at lower levels you are better off concentrating almost every bit of your money into building land and raising your hourly income while maintaining the bare minimum of defenses (aka all tree ent army with w/e is needed for questing), that way you can build your income as rapidly as possible at a stage where maximizing your stats isn't necessary for attacking/defending. Later on (when a 501 army is necessary) you won't be able to get away with having a full tree ent army...but you can for now, so take advantage of it.

So just take your time and build up as much income as possible. Just get a calculator out and figure up your path for the most income the fastest for yourself.

Other than that, thought, lookin good. Decent win/loss ratio. Don't be afraid to chain people to get your kill numbers up.

PS. Nice Skaar Deathrune. I really want him and Lotus Ravenmoore but can't ever seem to get either.

PS2...Uhh you need a lot bigger army. You could easily triple your army size just by posting a link to your fb in the Grow Your Army threads!
