Default Show Some Love to the iOS Accounts!

Could accounts created through iOS get a (worthwhile) exclusive general? Free FP maybe?

What Facebook-created accounts have over iOS:
- Energy potions, stamina potions, and equipment from questing
- Demi Quests (more SP)
- Atlantis (more SP)
- Elite guards for better monster killing/questing
- More guild coins through different guild warfare options
- Pretty good equipment through Guild monster battles
- Nautica, Darius, Cartigan, Kilgore, Sephora, Valiant, Arielle, Vincent, Excelsior, and Chase (I think?)

Castle Age HD on iOS has some advantages too, but accounts created through Facebook can log into Castle Age HD and access the best of both worlds. iOS-created accounts can't log into Facebook and are stuck using the iOS platform. I know you (the devs) are planning on eventually incorporating all of the game features into Castle Age HD but I'm still suffering a lot right now as an iOS-created account. Also, all of those missed energy/stamina potions and the little bonuses from elite guards are things I'll never make up for and those can REALLY add up over a two month period (that's how long I've had my character).

So again, any chance of you guys rewarding our patience and sacrifices?

And before anyone says "just make a new Facebook character and start over" let me say that I won't for two big reasons.

1) I've already spent a lot of time on my iOS account and gotten way too many items and achievements for me to start over now.
2) I've already spent $45 on FP purchases.

I considered making a Facebook account a month ago, but at the time thought Demi quests would be released within a few weeks and it would be a waste of time. Looking back I should've done it but looking forward I am still hoping they will be released soon.

Actually, if you do have a FB account, most likely you could sweet talk the devs into moving your character over from iOS. So you'd get the best of both worlds.

But I do agree there should be a limited edition general strictly for iOS players.

Well shoot. I've heard that before but can anyone confirm that they've done it and it works? Also I'd hate to do it and then have the devs take my suggestion and me miss out on the general lol.

Can any Phoenix Age staff comment?

iOS users are already handicapped in several ways IMHO

It won't take long for imbalance to lead to frustration to lead to exit

It's a great game which allows some time to get these issues fixed

Time moves very fast in the world of apps seize the day Phoenix Age

i don't care for any special treatment over the FB users. i only care about normalizing the playing field, which means integrating all FB features into the iOS version. this is in the works, i know, but man is it taking a long time now.....

we're missing out on a ton of sp from demi quests and festival feats. it saddens me to think about it

I agree that there are some minor functionalities that could be added quickly for the iOS players and begin balancing out the playing field between iOS and FB.

1. Demi quests are number one. That is a lot of SP's missing to help balance it out.
2. Getting Demi points from PvP battles. This one boggles my mind why they have not fixed it.
3. Adding guild monsters.
4. Drops through quests
5. Atlantis quests.
6. Elite guard
7. Making crystals available to level heroes past level 4
8. War council (i see a war level on keep page..but no functionality)

to name a few.

Default Oracle Hero Links

The ability to buy the hero that you want from the Oracle is another big one. The iOS crowd has to wait for a general to become available and if we miss that one do we ever get the chance to get that one again???

The FB users just plug in a link a bam they get the general they want.

I have several players in our guild that have new FB accounts and it sucks to see the gear that they can get from the Blacksmith Emporium and then the best heros from the Oracle. I'm just talking about those that have not spent a dime yet but they're catching up and even passing some that have been playing for at least a month or two longer.

I know that some things are in the works but how about something to level the field until the iOS app catches up?

to answer your question you don't get the chance to buy another oracle again, from what I know... Unless it recycles through again at level 200ish? Which would be pretty dumb

It does NOT recycle through again BUT the dev's have said they're releasing a store for the iOS app where you can buy any of them. No timeline though... hopefully it'll be released before 2013 gets here.
