For some reason, this seems to be happening to my guild, but only in the mornings, Is the same happeneing to you huys?

In the morning, but what time frame ?
For us, it happens (very too) often in the afternoon, around 6pm CET (4pm GMT)

1:49 GMT and it has happened to us AGAIN....3rd time this week. That is a total of 6 hours for no BP......... I want my 30 stamina and 6 hours back :'(

happen in our guild battle just now, the VERY bad news is that
all member of my guild get kicked and the damaged that we had done is gone with the wind while not 1 member of enemy guild get kicked (i think, base on our damage is still there)

I've had this happen to me twice today. I'm suspecting that it's caused by your guild Initiating a GB, then the game resets, then you initiate again. But the server still has you participating in 2 different GB's, so after you've gotten comfortable in one, it will thrust you into the other. Any time you've battled an opponent with zero active members, it probably happened to them.

We saw it happening earlier this week. It's normal for us to have to opt in 3-4 times before we get a battle a too the initiate button comes back with no battle. I believe that's how those ghost battles start where the other guild is completely inactive. Can't wait for arena in 3 days to see how messed up GBs get then.

Vanishing Battles
Starting around 1:15 PM Pacific, we had a battle; it vanished almost immediately. Several of us noticed, around 2:00 pm Pacific, give or take, a completely different battle appeared, only to vanish after about 45 minutes. We had the option to press another one almost immediately. None of us were able to collect from the incomplete battles. So, we're all out 20 stamina with nothing to show for it.
I'm thinking this doesn't bode well for Arena.
