Vanguard banners useful for Arena?

Hey peeps,

does the Vanguard banner knock off 5 stamina when entering Arena battles?

I don't think they do. As far as I can tell, you have to spend 100 stamina to buy into all 5 fights.

Vanguard Banner works for [your guild] battle and Arena isnt really about your guild achievement

Same for me. Costs 20 stamina to join, no matter what Guild banner is up.

this is the reason I'll ignore the arena... 100 sta is just too much for me to spend daily on arena, and then get some semi good items....

Semi good items? Sword is I think in top 3 (beats reckoning and soulforge in attack). Helm is better than helm of dragon power and should be easily obtainable, glove is by far best in game...

All 3 are going to be my best in game weapons if i get them by far...

still 100 sta a day almost cripples my other game activities.

also I'll be away for a period of 6 days without internet.

also it's summer, and I prefer spending time with friends and family, without leaving them every 45 minutes to spend tokens/collect.

and the one thing that made me leave was the fact the i couldn't collect after the first battle....

I might click on a few battles every here and there on a slow or a rainy day... but actively playing, is a no-no for me....
