What happens if I drop a Guild?

Do I lose all my Guild coins or stuff I bought with them?

I need to find a better Guild than the one I'm in, one that wants to battle or members that want to help out in the battles.
The one I'm in now I'm the only one that ever battles in the Guild battles.
