Forum news box

How can I get back the news/update box that appears at the top of the forum? I must have hit the red x at some point thinking I was closing a specific announcement, but now I don't get any of them at all, for example the one that went out yesterday regarding the arena collection rollbacks. Thanks.

There would be a new box if there was a new update... But Kori now updates the known technical issues sticky notice on top of tech support instead... where it's constantly accessible.
