Attacking at the right time

It seems like the time everyone gets their hourly gold is different. I don't want to sound like a predator but if i spy on someone and i do see they have 1 of each of the lands at the low lvl that i am which means they do have a decent income but when i attack i get $0. So I'm wondering if there's any tips on when to attack a person u know has high income but u know they bank it or spend it.

If they bank it immediately - yoU#re unlucky, unless you manage to find them THE SECOND they get paid.

Be patient, level up. Buy land yourself. I never attack for the gold any more, as I make 60 mill an hour, so 100 000 really isn't much and not worth attacking for (as in, not worth going out of my way for when attacking).
