Favor points bought on iPhone but never came?

I bought the "high" favor point purchase from my iphone 2 days ago and I have yet to see anything come through. The payment was conveniently processed but no favor points have been received. There is no "help" or "contact such and such here" on the iPhone for trying to have this resolved. Hope someone here can help.

contact the devs via the link from facebook. they have records saved so you can have them look it up. this usually happens when the 'purchased' request to castle age was lost, maybe due to bad connection or their servers under heavy load.

I just purchased $75 worth of favor points. Never had probs before, they have failed to show up. What is with this?

I have also purchased 600 FP's over a hour ago and still no sign of them I paid using Paypal which usually only takes a few minutes to show up,what is going on?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the points? I purchased them through the iphone half an hour ago and see that the money has been deducted from my itunes account, but no favor points yet.

iv never had a propbly with thes i rather buy useing my itunes and i buyed 300 and two lots of 120 fp and thay came on right after i buyed them

This has happened to my partner and I over and over and we email them everyday and get ignored, they're customer support is soo poor they need to go back to the drawing board and see what it means to be developers. I play several games and when this happened in the other game not only did they respond to me within 24 hrs but we actually was talking to someone rather then a computer generated email. Altogether castle age has screwed my partner and I out of £200 worth of favor points in these forums it states that if we email them with a receipt we can have them but this wrong they will never give them to you, nor will you ever see the money again. The lack of emotion in the emails people get back is a disgrace to the game because the game is genuinely good but the people behind the game are disappointing. All we ever wanted was the favor points we didn't care about getting the money back and we made sure Phoenix age knew that. We were ignored and i have had such a bad experience with the game. Talking to people in game has brought my attention to one thing, Phoenix age do not care for the clients but for the money. If my partner treated people the way Phoenix age does he would be out of a job. I've had over 100 people complain to me that they did it to them too. If I could give any advice to you all, don't ever buy favor points again and don't bother emailing phoenix age about it, it will only upset you all more when they give you the same appalling treatment feel free to add me and my partner my code: 470181 my partners: DFA0E5

Lol again how many posts above do people buy multiple transactions and get nothing? After the first buy and nothing comes STOP buying fps. Someone got 600 you did 2 transactions why? Was the first one not enough? Someone spent 75$ there is another 2 transactions. Oh and the cherry on the cake I spent 200$ and got nothing.
