Default canīt buy FP!!!!
really need to buy FP for recharge stamina.... but canīt see the buying options at the oracle page... can anyone help me????

Yeah, I experienced this problem too a few weeks ago. But a few days later the option came back on. Not that I buy FPs....

Try cleaning up your browser cache.
