Is a General's Equipment used in Arena War Council?
I know I saw this somewhere. Did a forum search and nothing came up.
Is a general's equipment that boosts his or her attack/defense stats used in the Arena War Council? I was getting some results that seemed to show that they weren't. Thanks for any replies.

Latest Post: "Currently, a few items for the generals are not helping, but the fix is definitely in the pipeline. Sorry about that!" Was that a dev, a moderator?
