WinXP languages
Detail on mu bao hiem
Hi folks, Win XP 32 bit (English version) Can I change the captioned OS displaying Chinese on tool bars, icons etc.  Having played around on "Regional and Language Options" without result. I found I can't "tick" "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile" permanently. After -> Apply -> OK -> reboot, it unticked this item. IIRC it is possible. I did it about 9 years ago when WinXP was first released. Any advice? TIA

You mean change the localization? I wish!
I think it's possible with windows 7, but as far as I know older versions of windows that isn't possible. If you bought (this seems likely  ) a Chinese version of windows, you should probably be able to understand Chinese.

Localization is available in WinXP pro only. And it only takes 5 minutes. Then you throw it at Bahamut for 5 legendary drops.
WTF? Wouldn't it have been better to post this on microsofts help forum? This is a GAME forum......
