just spend some quality clicks with cronus

this is the 1st time i joined a battle n score many crits on the 1st few moves, so i'm excited. o yea i also wanna say something. since arena opened, i haven't improved my attack at all, only def, energy, n stamina. i used to deal 34k to cronus, now it's 40k! so apparently defense takes place too in this monster aside of sylvanas n lotus. which monster that also affected by defense? i don't say them all because apparently dragons doesn't.

nice! I only do about 32k a hit right now, but then I know you have better stats and lvl than me too. :-p

That is certainly good to know. I haven't done a hydra in quite awhile, will be interesting to see what I do on one next time I try. I have other goals to accomplish first and then I'll try to give another hydra a shot for the heck of it, just to see what I do on one now.

Since I have so little attack (53), I count on my .70 of defense for attack on monsters so ones that are also vulnerable to defense are useful to me since they will be weaker against my limited attack powers.

Could be because if your new shiny weapons from the arena.. or a different general..

oh damn, you're right! i totally forgot about the new gears! but who knows . from generals.. since i always use slayer on monsters, so i don't think so

gear doesn't have that much affect on the damage. so i think you are right with the defense thing. which is good to know. hate to think my defense is useless.

seems so. anyway for comparison, with the new gears, my dmg on ragna jumped from 25k to 27k. n considering hydra's low def, it could probably jumped by 3k or 4k. what about the others opinion?
