No Loot from Deathrune Campaign, 2nd part...please help!

Recently I had summoned a Deathrune Campaign raid, and both portions were successfully completed. However, upon completing the second part, I have been completely unable to claim any loot...its as though i never summoned the raid. I was unable to access it mere hours after it was finished. Has this happened to anyone else? Why can't i get my loot that i worked so hard for?

is there some way to contact the people running this game to inform them or do they actually read these forums? I've gotten no help and am getting severely aggravated at this tremendous screwjob.

You're best bet is to contact the devs, through the contact button in the game.

You summon, and did you do any attacks? You may write an e-mail to the CA people but not 100% that they will reply or do something... LOL

Ohhh yes i attacked! I had nearly 2000 kills myself, but nothing from it, when i tried to claim my loot, it gave me the "summon a new raid" page.

This whole thing happened 24 hours ago... you contacted them earlier today... they take 3-5 working days to get back to you -> patience

Anyway - it happened once that you completed a team fight and the loot system didn't work. Just assume it was a bug and won't happen again in the future. It was just one fight... I wouldn't be too worried about it, it's easy enough to just do another raid.

Yes, but its the principle. And apparently, I am not the only person this issue occurred with...Anyway, no one likes their hard work not being rewarded at all, right? I mean, 1891 kills and not even demipoints? no battlehearts? kinda sucks...or am i wrong and i'm just playing a game of all effort,no payoff? I see threads and threads of "WTF, no EPIC loot? I killed (10/30/50/100/500/etc) and got a bunch of crap"...am i WORSE than that?

I know - it happened to a lot of people within the same time span of a few hours on the same day - a bug that happened then and therefore will not repeat itself. Or at least, it's unlikely to. Which is why, for this one time, I'd probably just ignore it myself. If it was to happen again, that's a different matter. But a one-off bug, even though you're missing things like nice battle hearts, isn't really that bad, comparably. It doesn't stop you from being able to play the game properly.
