Default Anyone figure out the Dragon HP Math Yet?

Based on the help text:

"The monster you get is based on the level of the person who summons the monster. The higher the level of the summoner, the tougher the monster will be to defeat."

So, the likely factors are color and level of summoner.

If no one has the calculation figured out yet, could summoners of their slain dragons post their level, dragon color, and number of HP to slay, and I'll work up a spreadsheet to see if we can get the math down.

It better be logical, dang it!

I did an estimate in the beginning and have collected some actual results and it look like this:

-- Estimate --

Emerald Dragon ~375'000
Frost Dragon ~750'000
Gold Dragon ~1'500'000
Red Dragon ~3'000'000

-- Actual results --

Emerald Dragon (351'347, 345'953, 360'022)
Frost Dragon (673'487, 687'773)
Gold Dragon (1'779'617)
Red Dragon (2'678'611, 2'897'978, 2'647'795, 2'629'833, 2'775'316)

My estimates for every Dragon except Gold looks to be a bit high, but still
a good indication on what you will be looking at.

With 50 people being max you will need an average of some 55'000 dmg from each person to take down a big red Dragon.

That would be about 18'000 a day. With a 400 dmg average pr. hit that would make some 45 hits/day. I think that is fair, it only calls for some more coordinated attacks.

You just can't have someone just dealing 1'500 dmg to a 2'700'000 HP Dragon.

Just my 2 c.

There is definitely an element of randomness in the calculation, so you're not going to get a solid equation. I suspect you'll probably get a few ranges.

From the data I've been able to gather so far, dragon colors seem to be based on the level of the summoner, more or less. It seems to be Emerald, Frost, Gold, and Red, with Reds being the toughest.

Emerald. Summoner levels I've seen: 9. I haven't contributed to any dead Emeralds yet, so I don't have HP data.
Frost. Summoner levels I've seen: 40. 689811 HP.
Gold. Summoner levels I've seen: 52-76. HP range: 1383567 - 1723567.
Red. Summoner levels I've seen: 77-84. HP range: 2614936 - 2717560.

Notes: I have not summoned my own dragon yet, so this is all data on other people's dragons. Also, the levels might be off slightly if the person leveled up between the time they summoned the dragon and the time I looked at the data in their CA profile. For example, the Gold summoner level cut-off might be level 75; the level 76 person might have summoned the dragon at level 75 and then leveled up and became level 76 before I had a chance to look at their profile.

Good analysis Trym.

It appears to be true that a major problem on this first round of Dragons is the large number of people who hit once or twice trying to get a piece of the pie, without understanding they were handicapping everyone else's ability to finish it off due to the 50 attacker cap.

There is a major flow with this higher level summons a tougher dragon in this game. The problem is that your level is not proportional to the damage done to the dragon. If you have tried to attack the dragon with a level 1 character, you will know what I mean. The level 1 character do pretty much the same damage with attack strength of 1 (probably 10-20% less damage), but an ancient red dragon has 8 times the hp of an emerald dragon just doesn't make much sense to me. I hope the reward will justify that.

That seams to be to little and doesn't fit what we have see else. Was that 396649 HP the total damage or just the damage done by the one with the highest damage?

well, I think this was poorly thought out. I am at level 65, only have 40 members with just about 6 playing actively. No way I can take out a gold dragon in 72 hours. Esp when my hits take off no more than a member at level 5. Should have used my 200K+ damage on someone else's dragon I suppose

I killed my red with 13 hours to spare. about 15 people were hitting it consistently (above 100k dmg) I dont know how those big guys are dealing 600k to their dragons, thats just crazy. I think the math for the damage dealt is seriously wrong/ different from what they posted in the tooltip, because I lvl 77 rank 13 was dealing less on average than my lvl 25 acolyte friend
