I was burning through FPs on the anniversary chest when the game went down for maintenance earlier today.

Normally I have made purchase through FB but since I was buying more points I opted for the 650FP iOS package.

I see more charges than I authorized or received FPs for.

Has anyone run into this before and knows the best method for resolution?
I have never had good luck with service from the developers.

Are there key pieces of information that need to be provided to them. I submitted a ticket but I'm sure I'll be asked for more information (if I get a response).

I also did not see some of my "winnings" after the maintenance, what is the best why to deal with this?
