    Always safer through iTunes, I have had issues with skill as well

    If you have still not received the FP you purchased, please contact customer support. They will be able to look into it.

    It's been a week since I reported it to customer support. I have heard nothing yet. I realize this is a holiday time, but we're talking about people's money here. I guess I need to go through Apple to cancel the transaction.
