Where and how do you get the Serene Arrow?
I noticed there's a new alchemy general but as yet haven't found out where or how to get the item Serene Arrow to make her with. Anybody know anything about it? Thought maybe it was an epic loot drop from the alpha bahamut but don't see it listed there.

Any hints on what it is he wants in order to get one? I've given him everything but sex and that's out of the question, goblins aren't my type! LOL!

It's completely random. So far I've done 59 trades, and the best I've gotten is a Death Touch Gauntlet and Hydra: Atlas.

If i get the arrow and dont use alchemy but keep it as a defense weapon, next time i will get an arrow will i have 2 or it will still be at one?
