I found targets without much trouble after the rank update, and enough to not lose tokens to regen before it. It will get even better in a few hours I'm sure.

Annoying that we get all of Zeus' [apparent] equipment for lesser ranks and only EV gets Zeus himself.

I like Barbarus because he helps with healing. 3x less damage to monster health. And I do occasionally hit big monsters, where his bonus comes into play.

Consider that you mostly attack with Dawn, so can do something like:

Dawn, Guinevere, Deinaira(+damage) or
Dawn, Aki\Sanna (+passive heal), Guinevere or
Guinevere, Bogo(+divine favor), Dawn
...
