Where would a thread about Kataan go?

Suggestions: could be as I'd be requesting to update his ability
Tech support: maybe his ability is broken?
General discussion: to decide whether it's broken or not and whether to post a suggestion about him?

Would like to know what you think.

Kataan is the dude that for first 4 levels gets double stat growth...and that's it. No other ability growth.

Oh sorry, yeah, remember that thread (which you closed) with the guy that wanted to make alts using an iOS emulator ?

That screenshot is from the gaea TOS, and mentions something about playing games on phone, not sure if that means emulators can't be used, but I thought you would be interested in reading that.
