Option to change class while battling monsters

I would like to Be able to change my class while battling a monster. Sometimes you get no one selecting a class that is needed to defeat a monster. So I would like the option to change to a different class once Ive selected one. Or let you see why other classes the other people have selected before you select.

on the mobile version you can see what classes other people have selected. press the 'x' on the top right of the class selection screen to bypass it and see who has what class. of course this won't work as well in the beginning when there's only 1-2 people attacking it.

not sure how i feel about class changes as it makes it potentially easier for monster kills. not sure how the devs feel about 100% monsters being killed instead of a few fleeing now and then

Each class has its own strengths and drawbacks. If you level up your base classes to 3 you have the ability to use Ranger or Warlock class on supporting monsters. Rangers cripple like rogues and strengthen like warriors. Warlocks deflect like mages and heal like clerics.

That gives you 2 class combinations and more likelihood of having other people in the monster battle with the abilities to cover all game scenarios. If there's a way to zap people who only attack and drive down party health without healing/strengthening (having the ability and choosing never to cover their damage) I'm sure many of us would be interested. :)
