Generally - I tend to log in spend my energy questing, pray and log out.

sometimes I relog in in the evening to spend my energy.

I never use my stamina - simply because I don't have a lot and there's so few players worth hitting...

ah ... I did rank up to L7 (Blackguard) in WAR the other day -- had a ton of stamina and no monsters around to hit. Was actually surprised how quickly it came -- so I'm 'safe' there as well, if any want to collect some back from me ...
