Isn't the iOS festival guild battle separate from the facebook world guild rankings?

The CA section we have here is not FB specific. The information provided in terms of how things work is generally the same between FB and iOS. Yes there are some differences, which is why this subsection exists. But as far as groups are concerned they are all on the same servers so should be fine being listed in the same subsection. You can always specify your guild as iOS only.

As far as rankings, I have absolutely no idea if the iOS festival guild or any other guild part is separate from the FB side. I have heard reports of iOS only guilds fighting FB guilds.

If enough people feel an iOS only guild section is warrented we can look into that.

I agree, since there are currently so many more features available on fb many people looking for an iOS guild will be searching here. Especially given the Unobtainable stats most advertised fb guilds require. Several people have suggested a separate "guilds/guides" section in the mobile forum - hopefully this is being considered. Until there is something there doesn't seem to be anywhere more appropriate than general discussion for this thread.

We are an iOS based guild with a community feel, we have fewer than 10% of our players originating from Facebook. As guild master I set about fulfilling 3 objectives - Activity, Co-ordination and Power. The first two objectives are nearing completion.

Our members are located around the world and we battle 3 times per day - UK 11am, 5pm & 11pm (currently reviewing a 4th at 5am) and have over 40 active members per battle. Through player co-ordination and strategy we have been able to win many battles even when we have been out numbered or playing guilds with higher player levels.

I am now starting the third objective of Power so I am now looking to add active players with a minimum player level of 170 with a PvP style build (eg not all skill points in Energy and Stamina).

I play on iPhone but I also have a FB account. I fail to understand why you would not let a FB player join your guild. FB accounts have access to more quests and features which in a sense makes them superheroes compared to ios players. Having FB players in your guild would only make your guild stronger .

Being active is a must. Inactivity will be greeted with a swift boot to the arse, but obviously we don't punish people who tell us of real life things that come up. Just let us know before an extended absence so we know.

We are constantly looking to improve our player base's gear, so slow kill monsters are always up for the purpose of farming gear and alchemy items. Slow kill monsters allow for pvp built players to reach damage thresholds that would not be possible in a public monster setting.

Being active in battles and chat is necessary. While we won't force you to talk in chat we will force you to read it. It is necessary for people to follow orders and execute strategy, and if we see people just going around and attacking whoever this will be a problem.

We are very serious about battling. As a result we are looking for players with a BSI > 4. While this is not set in stone, players with a BSI lower than this will be asked to improve upon that from the moment you enter the guild. We have a wonderful core of active chatters and players. Our conversations in guild range from what we are cooking for dinner to what ugly girl we brought home last night. This is a family atmosphere and guild who enjoys talking to each other.

You can find us on the battle leader boards at Alpha #39. We have an 85% win rate, and we're getting stronger every day. We're serious about battle activity, but we have a laid back approach to strategy. Battle-hardened vet or blood-thirsty neophyte; if you think the best strategy is "kill things until they die," you're already an {assassin}. Might as well make it official. We fight all 4 Festival battles, and our FBGB is like clockwork.

PvP
We know that combat within the confines of guild battles isn't quite enough. If you live to duel, stop by for a few test hits. When you bounce, don't get mad, join us! We're not a pure PvP guild like some others out there. The best thing about {assassins} is that we're open to anyone active enough to keep up. We have squishy monster hunters and hardcore player killers all under one roof. We all work together and are a stronger unit because of our varied strengths.

PvM
Every guild advertises slow kills. We have slow kills for the PvPers and Gold Medal runs for the people with more stamina than a Kenyan. We usually have more monsters going on collectively than your public list does, and I've never heard of one failing. We don't like failing.

Community
What's the point of being in a guild if there's no one to talk to? We have an active chat and members that are ready to help with anything. Being chatty is optional, but having a sense of humor is mandatory. The only thing we're serious about is having fun. There is no room for drama as we are a guild of adults that play CA to unwind. We have a high turnover and lots of visitors. We also have lifers who are always around. You're welcome to join for a battle and test things out, or to join, pay 10 FP for a tag, and never leave again.

I don't expect you to be talkative if that's not the kind of player you are, but if we are using chat to coordinate attacks on a certain tower or target and you're off hitting an inactive rogue somewhere else, that tends to get under our skin a bit. Being completely useless in battle can result in you getting kicked. I expect you to be a reasonably intelligent person.

Our guild will rise through the battle ranks fast. We made this guild because our old one got segregated into FB conquest league. Our old guild was top 40 ranked alpha guild in iOS battle league with an approximate 675 / 275 win / loss record. The guild is now being used to develop new players and new accounts.

Now that we are in iOS we have been able to maintain more lands at time with 50-70% chance for crystals over the last week.

We battle 4x daily and participate in one FB 5 hr guild battle a day. We organize private invite monster hunts to take on upper tier monsters. We also have a lively chat room with members from all over the world.
