Guild monsters (Army of the Apocalypse, Alpha Vincent, Vincent, Arachnid). The guild that I belong to is fed up with members randomly launching these monsters without co-ordinating in our group page. It means we either have to let them flee or we join with insufficient stamina and the wrong class set etc etc. which means we may not reach the damage required for epic loot drops.
I'm not keen to make them officer-launch only for obvious reasons (takes a lot of energy for one) but neither are we officers and group members happy to keep having them launched willy-nilly.
Can the Dev's look at a 'flag' that only an officer can set. call the button (flag) "initiate <name of guild monster>" similar to the "initiate battle" button ... then that flag allows the charging of energy to complete the summoning to be possible. That way the monsters can be summoned when the guild officers know they have enough people with sufficient stamina to kill it off, and the members know they need to have their class set within a specific time, and have time to save stamina and energy to run it

If nothing else, what would be super helpful is for something to show WHO launched the monster.... then everybody would know who to point their finger at.

I absolutely agree ... with BOTH Hedwiga and Moon Huntress ... it would be good to see BOTH of those suggestions implemented. The big problem is that someone launches a guild monster (and we have no idea WHO did it) .. and woirse ... no one else in the guild gets the chance to set the class they want to be for a particular monster. this is why i REALLY REALLY wish the devs would make it a 'flag' type situation that an officer must FIRST 'allow' a monster to be summoned .. thus preventing launching a monster. i don't care if the devs choose to let people 'charge' the monster with energy, that is fine ... but .. NOT let it be launched until 'approved' by a guild officer. Yes, as Moon Huntress stated, as a fall back, or just plan good idea, the devs SHOULD display *WHO* launced the guild monster regardless. As it stands, anyone in a guild can charge and launch a monster and we officers have utterly NO IDEA who did it. We are not control freaks in ur guild, but, we DO believe it is down right selfish when someone lauynches a guild monster unannounced and no one else gets a chance to 'opt-in' by setting the class they want to be prior to launch :-(

The way I see it, two things should be implemented...... at least make it to where one can who launched the guild monster and let you choose your class when you go to enter into fighting the monster. The latter would be the most beneficial, at least if a monster is summoned out of the blue you can still choose which class you want to be.

Seems like a sound idea, or at least let us see who's doing the summoning so we can have a little fun with 'em ;)

I've got something to say on this topic. Before the update that brought guilds to iphone logins.. castle age on iphone HAD guild monsters. now they don't
(you could fight guild monsters via the app with your facebook login)
So why not bring that back?
And under the same heading.. I've suggestions which i'm posting here because i would have used this threads title as my own..
1) Guild CTA: a CTA button attached to a monster that advertises to your guild members and not your army members.
iphone accounts don't have focus call
2) Assist button (available each time a new weapon is launched): because you can't just click your own cta like you can on facebook, you would have to answer someone elses CTA.. and if your guild are trying to prevent outsiders accessing what you hope to be a private monster this would seriously help
