I just bought points on my iphone and they havent bin added to my account. I bought them about an hour ago. whats going on?

I went to go on my ipad and buy some FP's because of the "sale" going on. but on the ipad it says the sale ended on March 13th? is that true?? if so why is the banner still on CA and HoD?

i just got my receipt from apple for my points and it has bin over 24 hours and still no points.

whoever is developing this app for the iphone is a newb and cant keep up with the demand nor the amount of errors it has. maybe he needs a pheonix needs to either replace him or hire an assist or send him back to school....

actually I can edit posts. I think you need like 10+ posts or something to be able to edit posts.

I got same problem on other game. I buy Points there... and couldn't use them couze of some bug. I written on forum. And didn't get any answer. After two days i try to return the money from Itunes, but policy forbid it. Itunes don't return money from In-App purchase.
In couple of days i finally got my bug fixed but i deleted the game after i wrote everything i think about them. This mistake cost me 30$. What i'm trying to say is.. this app is Beta/Alpha mod. What means it have lot's of bugs. You can be patience or not to buy anything. You're choice. But flaming on forum will not help. Belive me i try.

I'm furious. I want my points or my money back. like I payed for something and did not receive it. On top of it i cant get a response from CA developers. Or really any other way of contacting them other than threw this and threw an email address that they never respond back from. This is not right. :mad::mad:
