Public Monster button

We should have a "are you sure you want to make this monster public" confirmation when we click on "make this monster public".

Going to bump this, it's something that really should be changed, considering a lot of people don't want their monsters public right now, and there's no confirmation at all with a button right next to the engage button, and something that could easily slip.

Defenitely agree with this suggestion. I once clicked Public on a private monster because my browser was slow and I tried to click Battle. Very annoying.
