Gift yourself

So I have the Iphone 4s with the CA app on it. I love it mostly because I’m a CA junkie. Anyways I believe I heard once that you can gift yourself in CA through the CA iphone app. Is there any truth to this or am I just imagining things.
oh, if you can, can someone please leave step by instructions on how to do this. Thank you
