Kinda old Question but gonna answer anyways incase you still dont know or someone else doesnt. :P

You already are its a list of every player in the game that can be hired by you so you wont see yourself because you cant hire yourself :P

But I doubt most people will use it very often because it cost money to hire that way even though its a lot easier than finding Army codes of active people then punching them all in.

this is just an answer from experience in others games...

Why is there the option to hire members to your army who may not be active and it costs millions of gold. Especially as the only conversation on the world chat is people posting their invite codes with promises to gift regularly, boost your army 100% and make your manhood grow several inches!
