You could make stamina/energy fp refills more appealing for users who are low on both of them:
Instead of a full refill for the same amount you could change the rate of regeneration (i.e for 10 fp you would get 1 stamina every 2-3 mins for the next 24h). It's still weaker than a 1000 stamina refill but could prove more appealing to those who are lower than that (1 every 2-3 mins for 24h h would mean 720- 480 stam)
