My issue is that you changed my HoD name to my FB/CA name and that is not what I chose. The name I chose when I signed up was "Tester".
If you guys don't like me to have that name then how about changing it to my 2nd choice "GingerTheHutt II". :D

Hey MarineTank (cool name), I sent it in as requested but it hasn't been gotten around to yet nor did I even receive a reply that it's "In Line". I'll give it a couple more days and post again here one way or the other. Thanks again. :)

Between Yesterday, 12:56 PM and Today, 10:00 AM not much time has passed *lol* give them a couple of days ;)

I slept between those times, too. Presumably, so did the devs :p (they might have really nice, soft, comfy mattresses... you never know...)

Anyway, I did once report something through the game and got an answer on the third day or so (I think). So hopefully you'll hear from them soon.

Yes, click 'report/contact this application' at the bottom of the HoD page, and send a report, letting them know about the name change. Of course, that only applies if they just gave you a random name at the very beginning and you haven't changed it... if you want to change your name to something different just for the fun of it, you'll have to use favour points.

and there in lies the reason for my "Trouble Ticket". I got to pick a name for fun and they changed it to something else after a few days of playing Janpeterh.

An easy solution for the devs (since we're still in "Open Beta Testing" atm would be to just make name changes free for like 2 weeks so everybody has a chance to make the corrections themselves and free up some "Dev Time" for other issues. They could make it a 1 time event like Egg Collection in CA is/was with an expiration timer. :cool::)

OK, Now it's been 3 weeks since opening this thread and nearly 1 week since sending in a ticket at MarineTanks suggestion and still no response. Not a note, not a "we're on it", "kiss my foot" not anything. :mad::cool:

and as such, is supposed to have it's own staff. I must say that I was heartened a bit when MarineTank stepped up but now...:cool:
