Guild feed

I have seen that members of my guild have their monsters put into the guild feed whenever they do a CTA, but for some reason mine aren't. Does anyone know why?

Also I noticed the sticky at the top asking for the keep url, but I don't know how to get that.

edit: I have edited this twice, once adding and once removing what I believe is my keep URL based on Caitir's post. Hope it shows up to you mods.

Don't know about the guild list since I've never done a CTA.
