Guild list not navigable

I was trying to find my guild in the guild list, but the list isn't navigable. I could go to the final pages, but nothing in between page 1 and pages 56 and 57. None of the spaces / arrows were clickable.

Then, on the final pages, I couldn't get back to page 1 without leaving the guild section completely.

I can't get anything. My stats all show 100/100 and none of the pull down menus work. What did I do wrong?
