Is there an official time that you have to wait before you can summon another guild battle? I've read several conflicting times ranging between a couple hours to 9 hours. A link to a dev post or anything concrete would be much appreciated.

9 hours after the end of the last battle the slot will open. In other words the faster you kill your opponents the sooner you can fight again.

9 hours after the battle is finished. Not looting, just finished, it will reset even if no one claims their coins.
