i went and bought some favor points yet the server froze when it was attempting the transaction. the payment went through but im not getting the favor points? how do i get them ot get my money back?

bow long has it been? may just be a case of waiting for them to catch up. if its on ca's side, then contact the devs and show them proof of payment and they wil credit your account.

well its been several hours now and i still do not have the oracle points.

plus usually i get a confirmation email on both the billing and the acceptance of payment with the favor points coming after the billing email but this time i got neither yet my bank account shows that the money is waiting to be withdrawn like it usually does after the billing email

It may not have actually gone through then.
When using a bank/credit card, the account gets pinged to verify funds and a hold is placed. The money is not actually removed until the transaction completes, but it can be held as unavailable for a day or two as pending.
You should be able to click the green [View Offer Status] button to see if the transaction went through or got stalled.

so is this from one of those offers that if you do the offer you get FPs?
if so, read the description and see how long it takes for points to post. many post in 15 minutes (though they always seem late) and some post several weeks later, depending on the terms.
if this is a straight up purchase, im not sure if it would say "viewed" as I have not purchased any (farming them is cheaper and better) but if it is a purchase with your CC and it says only viewed, that seems to indicate a problem on the superrewards side.

OK, I've never purchased FPs so not sure how they are shown on the transaction reports. I still suggest emailing the person I said to before and they will get to the bottom of this.

If it just says viewed, then the transaction didn't complete.
