Dear CA,
In my space, The buying favor points is disappear. My brother used other account in the same browser & the same computer but he has buying favor screen. This isn't loading problem. I loaded in other computers, it worked the same.
Is this a bug? (see the attach file for detail). I saw another topic about this problem. I want to buy more Favor point but I can't buy now

If you are still having the same problems, then...
Have you tried to lie to super rewards recently? Or, did you do one of their offers then cancel it right away so you wouldn;t have to pay? If so, many of them say you will lose the privelege of being able to buy FPs.
Or, did you buy some, then cancel the charge so they lost their money? Same result.

Not sure where you saw this particular problem with others. While I have seen several FP issues lately, none have been having issues with the option to purchase disappear like you. At least, none of the ones I have seen.
I can't find anywhere on how to contact Superrewards to look into the claim, but if you are patient, we have a very knowledgeable moderator who will likely let you know when she gets online.
One thing I would do in the meantime is contact your financial institution to see if they flagged the purchase as suspicious for some reason. Sometime banks (especially credit unions) will flag online purchases if they are large amounts and you don't do very many online purchases. They (credit unions) will also flag if it is to a site several other members have filed complaints about that company. They may have tried unsuccessfully to get ahold of you to confirm you made the purchase. If they failed to speak with you, they may have flagged the transaction which could have caused super rewards to blacklist you.
Also, I asked previously about canceling an order with super rewards. To be clear, i meant with any app and if you used the same format of payment even if you used a different MS account they may have noticed.

What I meant is, have you used Super Rewards for any other app other then Castle Age? If so, did you cancel a transaction for another apps money/bling/cash? If you canceled a transaction on any other app, it is also very likely they would disable that feature from all apps. It is easy to check. Just load another app and go to their more money feature like you did for CA. If the spot to buy that game's currency does not show up, it is likely an issue you have with Super Rewards and you will need to contact them. If that section shows up on the other app, then it is likely an issue with CA and you will need to contact the developers.
Have you tried emailing the developers yet?

OK, so I found out some more information for you which you should find of good help.
If a payment option is missing, it is because either Super Rewards or that payment provider has blocked it for security issues. Because it is all options for you, I suspect Super Rewards is the one who did it.
I would email Super Rewards directly to see if there's a block on your account.
If there is a block on your account from Super Reward's side, its usually triggered by their sensitive security safeguards, and you should ask them to be put on the white list.
