My castle Age has been doing this for 3 weeks now. Anyone else having this problem, or how the heck do I fix it?

Nope. Only time it does that to me is when I have an extremely slow connection with my 3G modem. Try clearing your cache as well and check your connection settings.

it happens to me quite often. I just click on something and it goes away. It normally happens when they are updating something or adding something. see if your generals did the dance. just

Mine does that more often when I use my Opera browser. Have you tried using firefox or *shudder* Internet Explorer?

Same here. Happens sometimes when I click on a page before it is fully loaded, which is typically when I am using a 3G connection instead of high speed land line.

Happens to me if I try to invade or duel someone from their profile. The page screws up similar to that and the duel/invade does not load. No bookmarking for me I guess.

Not happened to me at all, and I use FF.

1) Clear everything on your browser, this works most of the time.
2) Get a browser (like FF) or connection/provider that doesn't cache DNS on client side,
FB is switching their servers more often because they are upgrading profiles in batches.

If it loads like that it usually means your OS was stopped (not nec. by it's user) or aborted its operation before the page fully loaded for whatever reason. I usually just refresh until it loads correctly. Sometimes I have to restart firefox for it to work right, but I thinks it's my computer that's the problem.

You know, I get a lot of glitches, but I think I might be the only person who is genuinely not bothered by them. I think it comes from my consol-playing days and was only emphasized by my computer-game-modding days when I developed a mentality of "if it's not working it's because YOU screwed it up, not someone else!"

Funny how that feeling still sticks with me. Also explains why I keep getting bothered by the devs minor oversights nobody else notices... "this is something you need to add to the game to make it better" ...except that I can't, and I come whining here about how such-and-such needs a tweaking. I'm not sure if I spend more time thinking about how CA can be improved or more time actually playing CA...

I've had this thing on a regular basis.

Some days it has been automatic when
- switching generals (rare)
- replenishing life (common)
- when using duel or invade straight from someone's keep (middle button opened tab from battle log) (VERY COMMON = I have almost never been able to counter attack)

it almost only happened on middle click opened tabs.

I am using FF (not for long anymore, the memory handling is a tragedy)
