Issue with Oracle Page (Favor Point ones)

it's several days that i've an issue with the Oracle Page (the one of the Favor Points).

The Box where usually there are the Favor Points is Blank!! What i've to do?

I've seen this with a slow load, at first its blank, then the FP buying portion shows up once the page is completely loaded.

I have had the same monthly general available for months now. Bought her and now I am stuck.

Suri is the most recent general on MS. The Devs stopped updating because MS was supposed to make some changes to the app platform. Don't know if that has happened or not.
