hero bot BUt i did not buy

:mad:hi about 3 to 4 weeks ago i found that all my saved up FP's was gone:confused: win i looked around alil i found i had a new hero that i did not buy + the price of the hero dont even match the amount of FP lost i had 55 fp an the hero only cost 30 :eek::eek: an i had 5 fp left after seeing that thay was gone ive sent in emails to the report site on the link under the page but i hv not gotten ne info back nor the points an i still hv that useless hero with no items on it or ne thing. can some 1 plz omg ffs plz get back to me
p.s. yes its useless to me if it dont even hv 1 item

If the hero is an Alpha Chest Hero, then 55fps is a three chest roll. May have inadvertently clicked a link or been linked by someone.

the archer chick is the 1 i got an i had 55 an was left with 5 so it cost me 50 fp not 55 fp

I suggest sending this info to the Developers through the Contact link at the bottom of the game page. Make sure to include details. It may take them a bit to respond since there have been a lot of other messages over the last couple days.

Sorry. I find your posts a bit difficult to read, so I admit that I skimmed them.

You didn't say how long ago you contacted them. (You say you discovered the issue several weeks ago, but not when you contacted them.) It normally takes up to 2-5 business days to reply. Sometimes these emails do get lost. Or perhaps your email was waylaid if you did not provide enough information. Check your email account attached to your Facebook (replies are not sent through Facebook) and make sure it didn't get caught in the Spam filter.

If it has been more than five days since your first message, send another.

ive sent 4 emails to the site with the right info an all my mail for ca go's to my main box the first 1 i sent was the day i seen it
the next 1 was 3 days later
the 3rd was 7 days later thats 7 day after i seen the prob
the 4 was 12 days after
i am about to send a new 1 win it is sent it will b on the 18th day
an win i hit 24 day i will send 1 every hr my friend is righting the scrip for me or has it alrdy non the less i will b heard if not at the very least b seen
