It has quit some time and I have still not heard from anyone. I got 58 or 59 Gold Eggs and I clicked in to turn them in for 20 reward points and did not receive them. Why does someone not respond to this? THanks. Rick

I know it is over. I clicked on the collect button before that and DID NOT RECeive anything.

I had the same problem. The event finished with me having, if I'm not mistaken, 52 eggs. I collected but never received my 20 favor points. I also don't see any clear method for getting support.

The moderators and administrators of this forum can do nothing at all for you. You have to contact the game developers via the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page.

The Developers prefer you use the contact/report link at the bottom of the game page.

I have been playing this game for several years, and Now I find that the people running this game are too busy or to disinterested to respond to a problem.

As stated, all anyone can do here is suggest that you go to Castle Age and make use of the nifty little 'Contact this application' on the bottom left side. If you have done so already then try being less impatient, It has only been a couple days.
