Ok, first off, I know how to do it. That's easy, my question involves that function and it's potential effects.
As I'm sure many experienced, when the guilds came out, I received join requests from a lot fo people, several of which asked me to join (in not many words) a dozen or more times. Eventually, ignoring those requests repeatedly became VERY annoying, as even sending them a message like "I made my own guild, and I'm not deleting it to join yours." dud not get the point across.
So I clicked the "ignore requests from this sender" option. The join requests stopped, but when they sent gifts, I was still able to accept them. Seems to me that there are 2 different functions for accepting gifts. One in CA and one on facebook. If that makes sense. Even if I ignore the gift on facebook, I can still accept it on CA (with the help of that handy little "Lost Accept" button that CAAP provides). It bypasses the facebook side of things and automatically accepts the gift sent from the CA side of things.
My question is this.
Seeing as my army is over 1100 people, and I get up to 60 friend requests daily which will inevitably provide more gifts, if I click to ignore requests from those who send me gifts, will I continue to get the Accept/Ignore option on CA? I've never ignored senders who only send gifts, and I'd hate to potentially lose those gifts. Does it only work like that if clicking ignore on a certain type of request, but not from others (guild invites as opposed to gifts)?
In a perfect world, I could accept the 100+ gifts I receive without ever having to switch back and forth between facebook and CA and without ignoring the individual gifts sent (which I've heard could cause problems for the sender).
