Why is my max health getting bigger??

I've noticed that every now and then my health bar has another point added to it but I know for a fact that I haven't used any skill points towards it. Could someone explain to me why this is happening. Not that I mind. I just find it to be very confusing. Thanks in advance.

Which demi power are you praying to daily? If it's Aurora, she adds to your health one point for each blessing.

Any chance that the general you are equipping is giving you a boost?

Barring that, any chance that you accidentally bumped the health button when you were spending skill points?
